People who clear all the steps of the exam can become

Will the Dates Be Extended?

Here’s the practical truth - SSC has a history of giving short extensions when it comes to registrations, but not always. If we go back to previous cycles, SSC has increased the registration for 5–7 days, which happens due to heavy website traffic or technical glitches. So yes, there is a little possibility of date extension, but depending on it can be risky. Serious candidates apply early.

Final Thought

Generally, candidates don’t lose because SSC-CGL is very tough. They lose because they are not consistent. The window is short. The competition is brutal. And small mistakes during registration, like wrong photo size, mismatched details in registration form & documents, can cost you an entire year of preparation.

So don’t wait for the “last date extension” headline. Start preparing your documents today. Apply early. And then focus on what matters the most, your preparation.
