The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has officially postponed the Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL) Tier 2 exam dates to 22 April 2026. The exams are earlier scheduled on April 10, 2026.
A total of 37,250 candidates have passed the tier-1 exams conducted between 12th and 20th November, 2026. The CBT exams were conducted to fill 3,131 posts of Lower Division Clerks, Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA), and Typist roles.
Candidates who have qualified for the Tier-2 skill & typing test can download their city slips and new admit card from April 17, 2026. They can visit the SSC’s official website at ssc.gov.in
Why was the SSC CHSL Tier 2 Exam Rescheduled?
The SSC board released a statement that the delay in Tier-2 exams was due to some technical glitches. Earlier, many students also agreed that they experienced many technical glitches during the Skill & typing test conducted on 10 April, 2026.
